Vaughn, Coltrane, Pharr and Associates

Since beginning business in 1993, VCP&A has produced designs that have resulted in more than $4 billion in assets being constructed. While we have designed many “greenfield” projects, approximately 65 percent of our work involves the expansion, renovation, modernization and reuse of existing facilities. The following is a partial list of the types of projects for which we have provided architectural and engineering services:

  • U.S.D.A. Food Processing Facilities
  • Ready-To-Eat (RTE) Food Facilities

VCP&A has in-house expertise for all of the processes that are normally encountered in the food industry and has strategic alliances in place to augment our efforts with qualified partners as needed. We have been responsible for food processing projects whose size range from a few thousand dollars to large projects with construction costs over $150 million. We have professionals currently licensed in 31 states and Jamaica. And we can readily become registered in any of the states.
